Pema, 21 years old, and Choekyi, 32 years old, are Buddhist nuns living in a nunnery located in Dharamsalan, Northern India. One is Indian and the other one Australian. They belong to the new generation of Buddhist nuns who’ve got access to quality education since the 90s, just like monks. Pema and Choekyi are keen on philosophical debate. Each year, they aspire to join the Great Winter Debate, which gathers together 500 nuns. As the event approaches, Pema and her friend get prepared…
